Case: Window Edge Foam for Insulation
Window Edge Foam is Tinbys name for a piece of insulation foam (“PIR-foam”) in plate form being used as an insulator around windows and doors instead of mineral wool. As a starting point the measurements for the plates are 40 x 120 x 1200 mm but is available in other dimensions. The PIR-foam insulates 30% better than mineral wool and therefore it is becoming increasingly popular in constructions.
